Oct 29, 2009 (DMEUROPE via COMTEX News Network) -- Research In Motion Italia has launched a competition to reward the best
application for its BlackBerry mobile phones. Students, universities
and research centres with a turnover of less than EUR 5 million are
invited to take part and win prizes for the three app categories of
professional and productivity, travel, tourism and culture, and media
and entertainment. In addition to a BlackBerry smartphone winners can
upload their own application for free on Blackberry App World and
receive support to work on new apps. The competition starts on 23
November and closes 28 February 2010. The award ceremony is scheduled
for mid-April.
